"Could not have been more POLITE!!! Thorough, professional, trustworthy, trusting. Small opossum lured into trap 1st night just as he predicted. Gave me leftover material from his office I could use under my garage door to block future animal access. Used my rickety ladder to climb atop my house & found hole that a varmint had literally dug into my roof! Had he not done this (so I could know & get it repaired) that hole would still be there w/who knows what kind of water & animal damage!!!"
