"Carlos is awesome. I have a heavy quartz tabletop that I needed to have attached to a custom built base. Carlos contacted me right away, came and gave me an estimate and was able to do the job a couple of days later. Carlos and his partner arrived on time and got right to work. The table base was assembled in no time. Then, the big task of carrying and mounting the 84”x40” tabletop. I was nervous about the weight of the top, but they were able to carry it from the garage to the kitchen (not too far) and place it on the base without any problem. Carlos measured, adjusted, and remeasured the top to make sure it was perfectly centered. Unfortunately, the base didn’t come with screws, so Carlos had to pick some up and return to finish the job. It’s perfect! I highly recommend Carlos and would hire him again."

"My first Home Advisor experience was a home run because of Superior Plumbing. Travis and Vinny were at our home within three hours of the initial contact with Superior. In less than an hour they not only cleared the backed-up sinks in the master bath, but also fixed the tub that gurgled when the toilet was flushed. (That gurgling problem was at least five years old and a previous plumber had failed to resolve it after snaking both the tub and an attic vent.) Superior's price was extremely reasonable, and Travis and Vinny were very personable and eager to answer questions. From the first call to Superior to waving goodbye to Travis and Vinny, the experience was smooth and professional -- just like it is supposed to be but, sadly, these days often is not."

"Excellent! Addressed my issues :-) I had numerous cracked walls, doors not closing, and a hollow sound when walking around the house - numerous problems in the crawlspace and foundation. Justin T, Joel S and Travis M came in from Dry Pro - clearly described what and how they were going to tackle the problems, confirmed with me my concerns, and then they knocked it out of the park. Oddly....I feel 20lbs lighter walking around because I no longer hear the thuds, crackles and creeks echoing when I walk across the room - and its great we can now close the bedroom doors. "I don't typically write reviews unless I have a complaint but Alex's work is just that great I felt compelled to write a stellar review. I had a major clog in my bathtub and had tried multiple tricks to no avail. I finally gave in and found Alex through Thumbtack. He was the first of 6 businesses to respond and had availability that Saturday. All the other companies were not available until Monday and I had standing water in the tub. I called to schedule and he came out within a few hours. Before he started any work, he let me know exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. He was very professional and helpful. He got the clog out quickly and the tub is draining better than it ever had before. He also cleaned up when he was done which not all plumbers do. I also felt comfortable with him being in my house. I would highly recommend Alex for any plumbing issues. I know he will be the one I call if I ever need plumbing work again! In fact, I plan to upgrade some fixtures and fully intend to give him a call. Pros: Very responsive, professional, quality work, knowledgeable, punctual, clean."

"Let me preface this by saying that I rarely write a review, good or bad. However, the service provided by John was outstanding. I had been shopping around for a repair for a tankless water heater. I had a number of techs out to my home, from other largely known plumbing companies, who stated the repair would cost $3,000+. Not only that, one of them told my wife my tankless water heater should last for years. However we should just consider replacing it for $4,300+. Not sure why that makes sense. All of this was until John came over and said he could repair it for around $1,000. Not only was this a much better deal, he was actually able to repair it for less than that. He was honest and fair. If you are tired of the bullshit associated with commission based sales, where these techs attempt to up sell to a maximum pay day, I would call John. If he tells you that you need something, I would take that as fact. He will not try to oversell the situation. He will get you what you need, and that is all you will have to worry about."
