Walter was very professional but personable at the same time. He is well knowledgeable in his craft and he was able to inform us on why and how our carpet had buckled. He did not try to sell me something I did not need and explained how he would do the job with complete certainty how it should be done to correct my problem. Left my house spotless. Walter was very nice and professional. He took a look at what needed to be repaired and explained how he would go about repairing the tear in our carpet. He explained prior to starting, that the sample piece of carpet I gave him to use would not match the color exactly of what was already down, since the sample had no wear and tear. But over time, the patch will blend in. Because part of the tear was very narrow and because of what he had to work with, Walter needed to weave strands of carpet taken from the sample into the repair. This was very tedious, but Walter took his time to make sure everything came out right. All in all Walter did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a repair or new carpet installation.
