"Vinny responded within 2 days with a reasonable estimate of installing 8 of my exterior windows shutters. I was very happy with the installations and taking down the old shutters. The work was done in the same week of the agreed estimate. He hired one other guy to hold the 40 foot ladder to install the upper 2 window shutters. Vinny is an experienced and friendly window installer and he also knows pricings of the vinyl shutters. I strongly recommend his experienced and quality work.
