They tackled the removal of all our carpet (stained by sick dog) in the upstairs, and replaced it all with Pergo Timbercraft we requested. They were very hard workers, clearly went above and beyond to make sure the job was done very well. The work he did customizing our staircase was amazing as well. One thing I really appreciated is that Shark was willing to take the time to tell me why something was done a certain way. He pointed out different choices that had to be made, and when we made them I felt informed, and that my input and questions were heard and appreciated. As a customer, this felt good! I have, in 54 years, not had this good of a customer service and project experience. Shark, Marcia, their son, and the rest of his team did an amazing job and our home has never looked better.
