"Denny came out here to Los Lunas when he said he would and quoted me for the job I actually wanted done, which was to replace an old swamp cooler, rather than try to sell me air conditioning. He completed the job promptly and professionally, even though he had to work around some wiring problems with the original cooler. I was pleased enough with his work that I hired him again later to replace my old central forced air furnace and water heater, run natural gas into the house and convert the appliances from propane to NG. I'd hire him again for any other heating/cooling job."

"I initially requested 2 hot water heaters to be replaced. Michael tested the output of the heaters water temperature and advised me, that the heaters did not need to be replaced. And may have several years of service left. Michael and his crew at Noble Mechanical, was the only company that tested the water heaters!! I ultimately replaced the heaters because of their age. We also had an underground leak that was found and repaired and the water lines cleared of sediment . Due to the sediment, 4 facets were also replaced. Our A/C went down yesterday and we called Tech Air, based on a recommendation from some friends. Reuben came out yesterday, told us exactly what was wrong and the one part needed to fix our A/C. This is in contrast to 2 other companies that have recently looked at our 15 year old system and told us we need a new HVAC unit. Working with them has probably been one of the most honest, easy, stress-less, happy dealings I have ever had with a repair company. From now on, these are the guys I will call. I even programmed them into my phoneð Reuben just left and our A/C is working beautifully and our house is beginning to cool down. We are one happy family now!"

"These guys are top notch. First of all, on a Saturday afternoon, they responded immediately to my phone call about my water heater which had sprung a leak. They were willing to come and do the job right then, but because of my work scheduling issues, I had to wait until Sunday for the full blown repair. Their answer? No problem! Then I asked them to talk me through turning off the correct valves so that I could at least have cold water to the house. Instead, they actually made a special trip to my house to make sure the leak had stopped and set me up with water for the night. When they did show up on Sunday morning, for no extra "Sunday morning fee," and on time, their work was thorough, professional, and done with quality parts (Rheem water heater, nice big and deep drip pan). They took the time to explain to me what had happened, what they needed to do, and why. They were ready with parts and took only a few hours to complete the job. I was really dreading emergency plumbing repair, plus the feeling of overpaying just because it happened on a weekend. Instead, these guys didn't charge extra for weekends and were spot on with their estimate based on calls I had made to friends. Nobody likes shelling out $1194 (that includes $94 of NM tax) for an unplanned water heater replacement, but these guys turned a potentially long, drawn out nightmare into a truly pleasant Sunday morning. Genesis Design Mechanical is my plumbing and HVAC company for life. This is not a paid advertisement. These guys are for real. Call them first. I was extremely pleased to have hired them and they're two of the nicest people you'll ever meet."
