They showed up within an hour, quoted a fair price before the work started so everything was clear and understood, and then completed the job quickly.

This experience was a total scam. They took my money, said they ordered the parts and came back 3 days later allegedly with the parts and did nothing to fix the problem. If anything, it is worse now. They never gave me a receipt for all the money I gave them. I strongly recommend that you stay far away from this company. My experience has been very upsetting and these guys are crooks. Again, STAY AWAY!

Juan and Daniel were excellent!!! These Guys explained everything in detail of what they were doing to my unit to assure me that the parts would work and the unit would get back to normal once the repair was completed! They were really cheap and extremely fast they left for about an hour so they could pick the parts up and return to complete the job which was really good because my freezer wasnâ t cold and I was afraid of loosing all the money I just spent on fresh food and yet these gentleman did exactly what they said they would do and kid you not 12 hours later the unit was back to normal.Itâ s kind of weird that thereâ s some bad reviews because itâ s kind of hard to believe that because of how professional they were and how efficient they were , this company has 100 percent earned my trust and future business is coming there way as soon as my friends and family have a project in mind !! We were quite pleased with the work that was done on our freezer repair. Chris and Malcolm went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the problem. They showed concern for the situation and got the job done. In case there are customers out there who like me, have a hard time trusting repair workers and always feeling they will be taken advantage of, HEAR ME. These guys are trust-worthy and courteous and highly recommend them.

These guys scammed me for my money. They arrived removed parts of my dishwasher, did not fix the problem other than change a piece in the control panel, and thought they fixed the issue and didn?t. I will never hire again. It was an unprofessional interaction. I even witnessed the two guys arguing. When I asked for the business card, I did research, and I found the two guys don?t even work for the company. Tony, the owner of a different company name (the company from the business card I was given) said these two guys were not affiliated with him. I should?ve known something was wrong when I saw no uniform, logo, or when Chris hesitated on giving me the business card. I just want my money back. I won?t hire through Angilist again.

Malcolm and Chris came to my rescue with exceptional customer service and compassion. They repaired my 20+ year old, Whirlpool, refrigerator. They immediately knew what was wrong and what was needed to get it fix. They went above and beyond to get it fixed in a timely manner. They did not overcharge or took advantage of the emergency nature of my situation. Thanks to Chris and Malcolm, I now have a fridge thatâ s like new without buying one. Iâ m forever great full.
