Went smooth! On roof! I moved fast! Just had a good size roof that was worst than it looked and took time to remove leaves, branches , etc. That had to come off.

Mr Joe was the perfect gentleman I picked to remove and replace a storm door at my residence. He takes pride in his work and will not rush through it just to get the job over with. He makes sure everything he does is done to his perfection . He did a wonderful job. We need more Mr joeâ s like him!! I highly recommend this gentleman!!

He changes his work rate after the job has started, he is very high, too high for me.

DID NOT! change my rate. MOST PEOPLE! that I give estimates to find my cost is REASONABLE! The customer ADDED MORE WORK AFTER! the original written agreement. After I DISCUSSED! additional work and cost with the customer then added them to the invoice. If I was so costly why was I hired to do the job? NOTE: I don't mind doing a little something extra for my customers at no charge if it is NOT! time-consuming to get done.
