Josh came out to hook up 3 faucets and 1 toilet. 2 of the faucets leaked causing damage to my vanity. I tried several times to reach him directly and he never responded. Had to call the office to get a response. When Josh came out to repair his work, he blamed the drain and stated he followed manufacturers recommendations. I didnâ t agree and he agreed with me . I told him just to fix and he got upset and walked off the job.He gave me my check back when he walked out. The entire time he was there he used foul language. Upon further inspection, it was found that Josh used the wrong washers . I repaired the leaks myself. Tried calling the office several times after with no response from the owner. .

We were advised by our water company that we had a leak and were losing 100 gallons of water per hour. After checking all the indoor possibilities, knew we needed professional help. Lee was referred by a contractor we had worked with so I called. Just by sheer luck, he had finished a project early and could come right away. After running multiple tests, he determined the leak was between the house and the meter, some 30 yards from the house. Our house is very old, therefore had lead pipes. Lee suggested replacing the entire line, although he was willing to repair the leak if that wasn't possible for us. He provided a fair estimate and started work the morning after the utilitiy companies gave clearance for the dig, which was about 48 hours. Since our water was turned off at the main, he was sympathetic to our needs and was able to rearrange one of his less urgent jobs in order to accommodate us. I've never seen someone work so hard, yet remain so extremely pleasant! We could 100% tell he knew what he was doing and also loves what he does. Without hesitation, we would 1000% recommend Lee for your plumbing needs.

I had several estimates for my sump pump replacement, battery backup, and reroute the drain from back yard to front yard. Other big name companies in the area that gave me estimates were much higher in price, thus I used Lee Plumbing who I found here on Home Advisor. Lee was great and giving an estimate and very timely and prompt. He was very pleasant and sociable with us as customers. His work quality seemed good and time will tell how good once we get a big rain. I would recommend him and use him again in the future. Thank you for your service, Lee.
