They did a horrible job cleaning the furniture, I have to hire someone else to do it.
Response from Company:
We have two different cleaning methods for upholstery (hand clean) and (steam clean). We did the hand clean method on the sofas and loveseats. He wasn't there when the cleaning was done, however, his wife was there and never once mentioned she wanted steam cleaning. When the job was done, she looked it over, signed the receipt stating she was satisfied and paid us. He called back and said he wanted steam cleaning. We guarantee all of our work and offered to come back and do the steam cleaning at no charge. He said he would get back to us. We've been in business for more than 30 years and no one has ever refused to have us come back and make it right. What more can we do?

Phil was on time, curtious, & pleasant to deal with. The office staff was also very easy to deal with & very accommodating with the scheduling of the pickup & return of the rug. I would definetly recomend them for future work.

They were professional and did a wonderful job cleaning both hand made and machine made carpets. They came back looking rejuvenated!! Service was exceptional. He even helped move furniture off my larger rug and replaced it when the rug was delivered back to me. Will be using them again in the future!!

Was very impressed they were able to clean the carpets like they did. There were a lot of stains on the carpet I did not expect they would be able to fully get but they did!
