Steve did a great job demolishing my detached garage. I especially appreciate him recommending pull a permit. And he didn’t charge me extra for the permit. He showed patience when my tenants took time to answer the door for him. Overall it was great working with Steve. I didn’t meet with him but he reminds me of a kind-hearted uncle you could trust. I’d work with him and his company again if I have demolishing jobs coming up.

I cleaned out my garage and I had a lot of trash and debris that I needed to get rid of quickly. I did not want the waste/debris to be an eye-sore for my neighborhood. K&S came out right away; loaded all the waste/debris in no time; and hauled it all away. All while being very friendly and very professional. I would definitely hire them again and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Steve arrived on time, gave me a fair price, Just had some light junk removal. Steve answers the phone himself with just a "hello." Would be more professional if he would answer with "K&S Services." Did give me his card. I mention all this so that he can improve his company. Would certainly recommend him and would hire him again. Hard working guy.
