Olsen is a very nice man who not only fixed our tv but took extra time to educate us about things we did not understand about the internet and Wi-Fi. Plus his charges were Very reasonable.

I asked for specific work, it was not completed the way I asked, Charged too much, I will not hire again.
Response from Company:
I was requested to mount an antenna on the roof and connect two TVs. The customer wanted me to use his antenna. The customer had experienced issues with this antenna and I have seen problems with this brand before. The antenna was mounted to the top roof and cable was run to the main floor TV. The existing cable was used for the upstairs TV. The system seemed to work OK. I was called some days later. A few stations were breaking up. I suggested checking several things and if that did not correct the problem to call me and I would come back. I did not hear back so I called to make sure everything was OK. No one answered. I left a message but no one has called back. This is the first negative review I have ever gotten.

At the start of the job I told John that we should both wear a mask. Half way through the job John removed his mask stating that he received the vaccine. I had told him from the start that I had not received the vaccine. I feel even though John received the vaccine he could still be a carrier. Over he did an excellent job. I would have given him a 5 star rating if it had not been for him removing his mask.

We purchased a house that has an antenna in the attic but couldnâ t get the coax outlets the bedrooms to get a digital signal from the antenna. John scheduled a time to come and look at the antenna, he called before he came and arrived on time. He was very pleasant about going up into our dirty attic to see what is going on. From there he was able to trace the antenna line to our basement and discovered that each of the rooms were wired but disconnected from a splitter. Really simple fix to reconnect and now all the connections are working. John charged a very minimal fee for the visit and was really great to work with. Without his help we would not have figured it out. I highly recommend Olson Electronics and will definitely use them again!
