From the day of my estimate until project completion Ricky was a pleasure to work with! He and I spoke several times prior to the install and the project was completed on time and exactly what he quoted. Respectful and left everything neat and tidy too. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend him!

My kitchen remodel was a total gut job with slight appliance relocations. Ricky and Chad were present everyday from start to finish and this was a very large project. They specialize in perfection and take pride in the outcome. I will hire them for any future home projects. Awesome business and team.

I hired Rickey Cheeks based on reviews in home advisor and I was not disappointed. Rickey sat down with me and talked with me and my husband about what we wanted done. He arranged to meet with us at cabinet store, granite dealer and tile stores. Once we made our selections and told him what we wanted. He gave us a quote. Even with a problem that came up along the way he held his price. The only increase he charged us was for some additional work we asked done outside of what was originally planned. Rickey made sure every cabinet was perfect, returned for replacement one that had a very slight defect that I would never have noticed. His employees were great to work with and were just as focused on every little detail. I have an odd shaped kitchen and they cut down a cabinet and custom fitted it so it looks perfect. He helped maximize my storage space. He did a great job with the lighting and installed hidden LED lighting above and below the upper cabinets so all wiring was in the walls and not visible. He stuck to the time frame to complete the job so my house wasnâ t upside down of too long. Every day the employees cleaned up as much mess as possible and put tools out of the way so we could get around the house. He was a little more expensive than a big box store, but included things they didnâ t even mention to me. He included beautiful crown molding and molding at the bottom of the upper cabinets too. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely hire him again if we needed any other remodeling done

Rickey was awesome to work with. My whole renovation, flooring. kitchen, bathrooms, ceilings and painting turned out beautiful. One of Rickey's team was here everyday and Rickey stayed in touch with me throughout the whole project. I would give him an A+ rating.

I called Rickey based on the many reviews on HomeAdvisor in which his clients stated that once they hired him, they never hired anyone else. I now count myself among that group! First, he actually answered the phone when I called the first time. My main project was to repair tile that was falling down in my guest bathroom. I also had some other handyman projects. Rickey talked me through everything and even suggested I stop by Floor & Decor to pick out some tile as they were having a sale. He recommended I focus on less expensive tile for the main work and add in decorative glass tile for a special touch. It would save me money and look great (he was right!). When he came by to take a look at everything and give me his quote, he didn't try to up sell me on anything. Once the work began, both him and his colleague Chad were on time, professional and paid attention to every detail. I ended up having them do quite a bit of projects around my home during the four days they were there. Rickey didn't even charge me for most of the repairs they made. I am happy to have found Rickey. My handyman for life! You won't regret calling him.

Rickey and Chad did a excellent work at a decent price. They went above and beyond what I hired them to do. You ask, should I hire him....don't waste another minute pick up the phone! I hired a different guy to do my bathrooms and wish to God I would have called Rickey and Chad! They are picky about their work and they charged under what the first estimate was! You can't ask for better guys. Very knowledgeable about every aspect of the project.

Rickey Cheeks did a major renovation to my condo some six years ago. His bid was middle of the range of bids i received from contractors. I highly recommend him for any construction, renovation, or remodelling work for the following reasons: QUALITY- his expectations of sub-contractors were higher even than mine , the owner. He once commented to a sub-contractor “ Mr T is renovating not for functionality but for aesthetics. These cabinets have to be perfect” HONESTY- the price he quoted me was the price he charged me even though many unforeseen complications arose CREATIVITY- he solved a long standing design defect in bathroom cabinetry that no one else successfully addressed in the many years and numerous other renovations in this condo building-now the redesign appears to be the norm. FLEXIBILITY- after placing diagonal tile in the living area I decided I wanted it in the bedrooms as well. He said “no problem” and returned the laminate wood, the agreed upon approach, and picked up more tile. I expected an upcharge but he said the two approaches were close in costs. In summary, in my role as chief executive officer for 23 years in large organizations I oversaw billions of dollars in new construction, additions and renovations. I dealt with hundreds of architects , contractors and subcontractors either directly or through other administrators and as such have concluded that Mr. Cheeks is a rarity in the field. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is without peer. As I indicated above, I unequivocally, with neither hesitation nor reservation, recommend him for your next construction , renovation, or remodelling project.
