They were hired to install a new shower., Work was to start within 4 to 6 weeks from sept 2nd. They did not show up until Mid October (seven weeks later). It is now Dec. 29th, and I am still waiting on them to complete the bathroom..

My installer John was fantastic. He did an amazing job and I am so pleased with his attention to detail and the way it all turned out. With my home being almost 100 years old nothing is plum or square. He was so caring and took his time and it came out beautifully. I am so glad John was my installer he is amazing.

No customer service, I had to schedule three times before I could get the job done . The contractor blame us for his mistakes, he is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I choose one color and ended up with another color, overall not happy . They have problems at their warehouse with packing their products. We would not recommend this company. Did not get the WOW factor for money.
