I thought this would be a company that would really accomodate a customers request. I have several rental properties and have a line of suppliers I trust to give good service. In this case, he did not know I had several properties, but I would never call him again. The reason why is because after cancelling my service in advance, they refused to refund my payment.

it doesn't matter how many properties you have sir the rules are the same for everyone my time is very valuable to me when you make an appointment that entire day is closed off from anyone else until your job is done that is why we require deposit if you miss your appointment or you cancel your appointment your deposit is non-refundable I was even nice enough to give you a credit towards another cleaning thank you and have a great day

Jeff provided a full explanation of exactly how my rugs were to be cleaned and of the non-toxic substances to be used. He was efficient, on time and wonderful to work with. I am pleased with the results and would recommend him fully. He truly cares about his work.
