Tony is the project manager and he was fantastic. Very honest, punctual and thorough in his communications. His roof team did a great job on the roof. They worked hard and seem to have done quality work. My biggest complaint is with the cleanup. A few nails and shingles was to be expected, however we had to have his team sweep for nails at least twice after the project and even then I had to buy a magnetic sweeper myself and I found at least 3 pounds of nails around the property (3 hours of sweeping). A couple pool screens were damaged during the roof removal, which I was reimbursed for later. Overall, we love the new roof and I'd say that MGM was well worth hiring and very respectful of my requests.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company and Tony. If you are looking for a roofer hire them they are always on time and everything gets done as planned.

Tony is awesome. He coordinated the roofing and major repairs/rebuilding of my carport, shed, and screened porch. I wholeheartedly recommend Tony and MGM for any project you need taken care of. He makes certain everything is done to the customers satisfaction. I will be hiring them again for more construction in the future.

Truly impressed with Tony... the man either has a doppelganger or requires no sleep. He is very thorough as a job coordinator beginning each day before dawn and ending past dusk. He was on time for the appointment for an estimate and answered all our questions. The estimate was exactly in the mid-range of the other 4 estimates we had received and it was itemized against our insurance claim. Tony was able to check with the suppliers of the shingles and put a tentative hold on the type of popular shingles we would like to use should we accept his company's estimate. After we signed the contract with MGM, Tony dropped off the drip edge on our request days before the tear-off so that we could paint it prior to its installation. Anyone familiar with trying to paint drip edge and trim without getting paint on edge shingles will appreciate the convenience of prior painting the drip edge. The job was completed a week ahead of the possible lead time and one day less than the total work time slot allotted. The work crew was thorough, fast, unintrusive and well mannered. They arrived early and only left once the rain started as the sun was going down. Any minor problems were handled immediately. Warranties on labor and materials were the standard length of time with the labor warranty exceeding the estimates of some firms by 2 years. Clean up was quick and thorough, made easier by numerous tarps placed around the house covering foliage and beddings. The final cost was $225 above the estimate, well within the range of expectations. That cost was due to additional plywood and fascia replacement needs. Plywood was nailed, not stapled down. Our final contact with Tony had an assurance that any follow-up needs or questions would be promptly met. A supply of shingles was left should they be needed in future years.

Our sales rep., Tony, kept us informed every step of the roof replacement. From permit's to the final inspection we were continually updated. His people did a very professional job and cleaned up the job site when they were done. I would hire them again in a heart beat.

I got fast response after the hurricane . The people that contacted me and gave the estimate did not do the work but called in some workers who seemed to know what they were doing. I'll find out after the first good rain. It was very expensive but I expected that after the storm . After 2hrs and about 8 shingles and a side vent, I paid $ 850.00.

They were fast, professional and thorough. It was a pleasure doing business with them, would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to others. Additionally, the price I was charged to repair the roof of my house was very reasonable. This was my first time utilizing Home Advisors,com was surprised how well it worked.
