James and his crew was very informative. Great value and easy to get in contact with. They finished the job in a timely manner even with all the rain happening and checked everything. Even came back a few days because the circulating pump was not compatible and replaced it for free.

I was very impressed with James the owner of Prime Building Maintenance & solutions. This company is so complete he found issues from a previous contractor that I wasn’t aware of. James Pellegrini the young owner hires good people trustworthy people to work for him. I will hire him in a heartbeat for anything else I need repaired.

I was very impressed with how quickly I was contacted by approved & licensed plumbers once I submitted an inquiry on Angi. Prime Solution’s owner, James, was polite and business-like regarding the service that I needed in his initial contact with me. Today, he was very punctual in his arrival, explained what his task would involve, and provided a written estimate of the cost of parts and labor. The cost of reviewing the project goes toward the actual total cost upon completion of the task. I was informed that when a contract is signed his goal is to have his staff arrive within 36 hours to begin the job. Once the contract was signed, he left and within a short period of time, he returned with a new electric water heater, and performed the labor with one of his employees. I am so impressed with this company that I immediately asked him to perform a 2nd task. Prime Solutions also does electrical, air conditioning and many other services — residential as well as commercial. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to everyone needing the services provided by this company. I have been displaced because of Hurricane Ida and my current, temporary residence is very old, so I already know there will be at least a 3rd call in the future. In the event the owner sees this review, again I say thank you James for a job well done in an extremely timely manner. Thank you Angi for your offered recommendations.
