    The pool was not level when the two men left. I called them back the next day two other men came the made it a little better but made a mess out of it. The guys were very nice but poor install.

    Theyâ  ve only come out, drained the pool and took measurements. They were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Thus far I am pleased with the way they are handling everything Iâ  ve made the deposit and theyâ  re ordering my liner. Expect to hear back from them in the next couple of weeks.

    I hired this company off of the previous reviews thinking they would do a good job. The only thing this company has completely satisfied was their inability to communicate, poor job performance, and their lack of quality. I can not count the number of calls I have made to this company to get them to fix my leaking NEW LINER. Not only does my pool continue to leak they would not return my calls. My liner has numerous wrinkles and the water is no longer level around the pool. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of whoever this company belongs to. I cannot believe they are listed here on Angies List and it makes me wonder how easy it is to get listed here. I am completely dissatisfied and still have a leaking pool.

    Today is May 3rd, 2022. 109 days since I started the process with Tim Fowler at Aquatic Pools and it has been an unpleasant experience. Tims crew was contracted to put in a new liner. In the beginning, his crew was all over it. They came out and measured the pool, collected a $1000 down payment, and ordered the liner. The installation began the first week of March and concluded on 4 March when I paid the remaining $3000 invoice. I began filling the pool and it was almost full when on 7 March the liner filled with water underneath. He came out with a pump on 8 March, however, not big enough to remove the water, although the picture was evident that there was a tremendous amount of water. The pool was drained, and Tim realized his crew did not put the seal behind the light which caused the water to flow behind it. When the light was removed the plastic deteriorated and crumbled at the touch after being in place for nearly 20 years. Tim told me he would get it fixed and supposedly placed an order for the part. On 25 March Tim texted me and said the part was 8/10 weeks out so he canceled the order and assured me he would personally find one over the weekend. I then texted Tim after the weekend on 29 March and asked for a partial update. He thought Recreonics may have had a piece but if they did not, he would craft a custom piece and again assured it would be fixed by the weekend (2-3 April). Between 29 March and 10 April, I never heard from Tim. Therefore, I sourced the parts myself and was able to find multiple vendors, and had the parts shipped overnight. I texted Tim on 11 April and told him I got the parts on order and to meet me at my home on Friday, April 15th. They showed up, drained the pool again, put on the seals on the lights then said they did not have the tool to finish installing the light. They left. I have not heard from them since. I decided to hire someone else to come in and finish the job at an additional $1000 cost. Based on my experience with Aquatic Pools I can say that they are poor planners, inefficient, and incompetent, and would not recommend them to anyone. The sad thing is we canceled our vacation this summer to focus on fixing our pool area.

    They first showed up and acted like professionals, but then they came to do the job. When I got to the place and checked the liner, I noticed they did not level the sand under the liner as promised. When I asked them to do that, they said they were there just to install the liner. I told them you promised it and that is why I gave you the job. After they leveled the sand layer and finished the job, they said they would come back in two days to finish everything, but after four days, they have not shown up yet.
