IM Contracting

He promised me it would never drip on my porch again, but when it rained today, first time in eight months, and everything was leaking on it, it was like a swamp out there in my back porch.

I m writing a review from a job performed May 21, 2023. IM Contracting showed up on time. Polite, talkative and seemed knowledgeable about sealing an older metal roof on my single wide with a product called Elastomeric Sealant. Job was completed quickly and guaranteed 7 years. After several rains storms there appears to be runoff coming from the vicinity of a crack in the roof where the sealant failed. Overall, I think the product they use is very thin and does not protect like they say. CONCERN: October 9, 2023-The contractor has not responded to my email. October 12, 2023- Contractor s voicemail says they are not accepting calls and no response from my text.

I hired them to repair and seal our deck. They did not repair it properly because they left one tile raised up about 1/4 inch and it was a mess and a huge trip hazard. They did not use the nonskid sealer they promised but instead what they used peeled up after a week and appeared to be nothing more than a thin coat of latex paint! They also did not bolt down the deck railings. They will not answer or return my calls. We already paid them $5000 and just want this job done satisfactorily as promised. This job was supposed to be completed in July and we have been calling and texting since then to try to get this resolved. We are so disappointed with their unprofessional attitude and work ethic.

Please complete the job as agree and follow up if the customer has an issue. they do not do that

This company was prompt about starting my project and showed up when they said they would, which doesn't always happen these days. My deck looks great. I am very pleased with their work. Would recommend.

Leon is a quality contractor who did a prompt and superb job with a roof application and then folllowed up 6 months later with roof inspection after solar panels were installed to make sure there were not any leaks! You wonâ t be disappointed!

After trying for weeks to contact the contractors I still do not have my work completed. They were to come out the following week to remove some items. We made our payment and never heard from them again. I've never had a company completely ignore work they agreed to do. Especially when I paid $1,600 for the job. It was just to clean and seal the patio and remove some items that I didn't want anymore. They have not been in contact for a month. Very disappointed, beware.
