Happy with the work and the cost.
We hired these guys to do our garage floors. gave them what seemed as a impossible timeline and darn if they didnt come through.. Excellent work and looks so much netter. Worked with from start to finish
HE contacted us immediately and we set up an appointment. He sent us a confirmation on my e-mail. On the day of the appointment he arrived on time and estimated the work and price. He came back and did all my handyman projects in one day. He is neat good with my animals and did a great job. I am very happy to have finally found a qualified person to work on our home. We needed some additional ideas for our sunroom and Mr. Schillings wife, who is an interior decorator was kind enough to send a book with appropriate suggestions. We will definatly use him again.
I had a 25-year old garage that was desperately in need of freshening. I researched garage flooring options, and epoxy seemed to be the most durable low-cost option. However, I knew it was beyond my DIY ability. I got several quotes on-line, and Armor-Prep was markedly less expensive, yet still well-rated, so I got in touch. The sales representative Greg was very informative, and provided me with lots of information on options and color choices. (I was unaware that color chips were part of the process; I went with a gravel look (black/white/grey), which appears "normal" but very clean from a distance, but is very pleasing close up.) The crew showed up on time and ready to work. They thoroughly prepped and ground the garage floor, filling all the cracks. They carefully applied the base epoxy, paying attention to the edges and the transition to the driveway. They applied a generous amount of color chips, and let it dry overnight. Next day they swept off the loose chips, and applied the top-coat. Two days later it was fully cured and back in service. I am very happy with the customer service, the installation, and especially the final result.
He is amazing he gets the job done fast.

On average, garage door installation costs $1,159, with a typical range between $753 and $1,594. The price depends on the size of the garage, the door material, and local labor fees. It costs between $600 and $1,500 for a standard single garage door, whereas a double car door costs between $800 and $1,500. Labor costs about $300 per unit, while the material price of a new garage door is typically $300 to $1,100. Garage doors made of steel are the least expensive, ranging between $600 and $2,000. The most expensive garage door materials are: fiberglass, at $1,000 to $2,100; vinyl, at $1,000 to $2,600; wood composite, at $950 to $3,700; and faux wood, at $950 to $4,100. Falling in the middle-price range for door materials are wood, at between $700 and $1,800, and aluminum, at between $700 and $2,000.
You should replace a garage door if it has suffered structural damage, usually due to a vehicle hitting the door or severe rusting and warping. If the garage door’s structural integrity gets compromised, it won’t function properly and may pose a safety risk. If damage is so severe that you can’t open or close the door, you should replace it. You likely need a new door if it gets stuck frequently and makes loud creaking noises. In general, if the cost to repair your garage door is higher than the cost to replace it, you should get a new one. Garage doors typically last 30 years, so if yours is reaching the end of its lifespan—anything more than 20 years—and needs a costly repair, you should replace it.
Standard garage door sizes for a single garage door are 8-feet-wide-by-7-feet-tall and 9-feet-wide-by-7-feet-tall. The width and height of a double garage door is usually 16-feet-by-7-feet. Some garage doors extend to 8 feet high, regardless of whether they are a single or double garage door. If a two-car garage is wider than 24 feet, a standard garage door could measure as wide as 18 feet.
Fixing a garage door is a complicated and potentially dangerous project. For this reason, it’s best to hire a professional to do the job. You can hire a garage door repair professional to fix a broken garage door, as they have the license, knowledge, and necessary tools. While a local handyperson might have adequate experience in repairing garage doors, it may invalidate your warranty if a licensed professional doesn’t do the work.
