The quality and price was great. The only reason I gave 3.5 stars was because he told us he'd be by on Tuesday with the remaining parts. Come Tuesday night I still hadn't seen or received a call. I called around 6pm and left a message. He promptly called back and said he'd be there the next afternoon, which he was. He did put all the gaming/sound systems plugged back in the TV which I didn't expect. So, except for the lack of a call on the expected day, the rest of the customer service was 5-star.
