Comment: I want to remodel the floor plan in the kitchen. The extent is removing a dividing wall pantry and opening the kitchen to the family room. Removing a pony wall and window and building an additional kitchen counter with cabinets and new pantry closet along an exterior kitchen wall. The walkway between the garage and kitchen is a large laundry room. On the exterior laundry room wall I would want to enclose the area and make it a half bath and move the bathroom window with glass block. Since there will be no no natural light,I want to put solar lighting in the hallway. Both the master and guest bathroom need to be updated. The master new counter and cabinets with space saving features. Remove the tub in guest bathroom and install a shower. Update the master bath shower. There is no bath in master which is fine. New surface for garage floor. Solar tubes in guest bathroom, hallway to master bedroom land guest bedroom, and master closet. French doors from the master bed
