Good communication

Youth Development Center iamydc.org I hired this company in April 2021 to complete the rezoning process and new tenant permit for our new building. The permit application was submitted in July 2021 failed fire marshal plan inspection 3x finally passed Dec 2021 just to fail structural plans inspection Jan 2022. They do not take responsibility for their lack of knowledge or work. They have blamed Cobb county when the countys review turnaround was 24hrs. They have cost me a lot of money in holding costs and there is no finish in sight. I have asked for my money back to hire a more competent company and William Perry has refused. The team of two William Perry and Valorie T. has caused me extreme anxiety and depression. I have spent countless hours going to the county offices in person and making phone calls to move this forward, like an assistant to their company. Anything to help the process move forward. Every county official from zoning, fire-marshal, water, and site plan office has spoken to me with empathy wishing that they could help me but continue to tell me that the basics; in my plans have yet to be met. I truly feel like a hostage with this company. Build Permits was incorporated in 2019 in Atlanta but they stamp the plans Environmental Graphic Design International, LLC which is a company out of Virginia that rings directly to William Perrys phone. I wished others would have come forward with the truth that way people like me who are trying to make a difference in the community with my youth center would have not been a victim to them. Update: New plans were resubmitted after I contacted the Better Business Bureau, which the company failed to respond to the complaint, Feb 25. According to the Cobb County Structural Plan reviewer the new plans are still subpar lacking the basic information. The plans show that I am demoing my existing building and rebuilding a new structure. Where all were are doing is updating the roof windows and doors. It is now March 6 2022 with no progress or end in sight.

Very professional, detail-orientated. Hired company to design a custom home. Provided architectural plans and contracted company to build home. Beautiful home. Built in historical district. Everyone says the home is the best in the neighborhood! Great job!! Will hire for my upcoming project - new home construction.
