I worked with Austin from floors first . I contacted him about an estimate and he came out I believe the same day. He was super nice, communicated about everything . We were all able to see pictures from previous jobs and we felt like he was a good fit. I’m so glad we hired him. Our floors turned out perfectly and are beautiful. Thank you so much Austin !

Augustine and Sebastian were consummate professionals. They consistently over-delivered on their work. They were clean and engaged us often in the process. No detail was ignored. Beautiful finished product for nearly 1,000 sq. ft of wood tile and baseboards. Honesty and reliability are hard to find these days and they exemplified both traits to near perfection. In the process of remodeling my house. Used Floors First, LLC to install water proof vinyl plank flooring in a hallway bathroom. I was very impressed with the quality of work; especially making a perfect cut around the toilet flange ring. All this at a fair price. In early next year, I do plan on again using Floors First, LLC to install vinyl plank flooring in a hallway and at least one other room in the house. Floors First, LLC was outstanding. My wife and I are so happy that we chose them to install our floors. They are family owned and operated and study ensure the customer is happy every step of the way. Agustin is the owner and was personally working on our job every day. Agustin was prompt, well priced, and I must say his attention to detail was a pleasure to see. I am a very detailed person. The little things that normally drive me crazy were not a problem with Agustin and his crew. Agustin was always honest, well priced, and easy to communicate with.
