"Andrew and his team have been fantastic from the first time we made contact. We reached out when we got water in our basement - Andrew came out the next day and gave us a quote, he explained the issue, how to stop the issue and gave us some options. We liked his honestly and went with KC foundation repair and excavation for our job. It took us some time to get the money together, but once we did they were able to come out and do the repair 2 weeks later. The guys were all kind, punctual and knowledgeable. They explained everything going on and answered all questions. The work was done quickly and we don't have water in the basement anymore. They put piers in under our front stoop, installed carbon fiber straps, installed dimple board and drain tile, installed an additional sump pump, and filled a huge crack in our basement wall. "They fixed the overhang on our front porch and the posts to hold it. We got soffit and fascia put on to match as the old was getting bad. We had 2 new windows put in our family room and a new storm door and inside door to replace one that had been in the house for over 60 yrs. and did not latch properly. They did excellent work. The only problem was some of the debris left in our backyard. Our two dogs would pick it up and try to chew it or bring it in the house to eat. That would be something to keep in mind for future customers with pets. Other than that, excellent work all around."

"Mario is a class guy. He listened to what we wanted and applied his talent to build what we wanted in the way we wanted. After he got to a point, he brought the replacement mantle to our house to make sure the fit was right. It looks AMAZING only 1/3 done! He now has to complete the build and stain & finish. With so many choices of stains, we discussed what needed to be matched and what stain to go with. Again, he listened to what we said and didn't try and convince us of anything-he wanted what we wanted. I plan on writing a review with photos after final installation, but thought a mid-project review was appropriate. Mario is the third carpenter to look at the project. I fired one for unsatisfactory customer service and one never responded back after the initial call. Mario appears to have been the best choice for us. I am VERY pleased."
