"I contracted with Preservation to install new windows the first week of November. They were installed the last week of December as promised. Three weeks wait time for HOA.approval. And three weeks delivery due to the holidays. So I was very happy with the time frame. The windows are a little more costly than standard Home Depot or Lowe’s but they are high quality..Since the windows were installed, my house feels warmer so much so that I need to turn down the thermostat. A little about the installation....brothers Bobby and Brandon did a fantastic job with a little help from Margo on the first day. Bobby and Margo arrived on Friday and got right to work. Each window was removed and new window installed with total cleanup done before proceeding to the next. They were thorough, respectful of my home and made the whole process completely stress free. That alone made it worth the cast as far as I’m concerned. I had 10 windows and one slider done and the new windows and door are beautiful. Lastly I would like to thank Morgan, the salesman and Marion, the owner of the company, for constantly staying in contact with me throughout the whole process.
