They were very prompt in calling me about setting up a time to come for the install. They were very good about reminding me before they came out. The appliances arrived on time. They said that it would take two weeks once ordered and it just took two weeks. Everything went as expected. They also made a preliminary visit to my house to measure. We realized that the original oven I had bought would not fit the space I have in the kitchen. So the technician who came out to measure worked with me in finding a different oven that would fit the space. They came back and installed the new oven and it looks great. The total price I paid included the price for installation, the price of the appliances and also labor. The installers had to do some rework before the install. They had to take out my old thermo-door to install the new oven. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I would use them again in the futureshow more

The dishwasher was replaced in 48 hours, with a brand new machine. We checked it thoroughly before installation, to ensure that the unit had not been dropped or damaged in any way. While we're extremely happy with the dishwasher itself, the attitude and demeanor of the 2nd rep we talked to (once the damage was discovered) was terrible and truly soured our over all experience. NOTE: The installers were good, but not great. My husband ended up helping out a lot with the installation, noting things that should be done that the installers didn't know about. WE HAVE PURCHASED THREE MAJOR APPLIANCES FROM THEM OVER THE YEARS (INCLUDING A GAS COOKTOP). THEY USUALLY INCLUDE THE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF THE UNITS FREE OF CHARGE. IN THIS INSTANCE, WE USED THEIR REPAIR SERVICE. WHEN THE FIRST CREW DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, THEY QUICKLY SENT A MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE REPAIRMAN WHO IMMEDIATELY FIGURED OUT THE JOB. I started out with excellent purchase and installation service on a new SMEG dishwasher from Premier Appliance BUT they sold me a broken unit and won't replace it. The only problem lies with the delivery time. Home Depot tells you when it will deliver and install the appliance. I visited the store and tentatively selected a GE dryer recommended in Consumer Reports. John D gave a price with the delivery and installation, plus removal of the old dryer, included. I called back the next day to confirm the order and gave my credit card number. He said the dryer would be delivered in about a week. They called and gave me an approximate time. Salesperson was knowledgable and very helpful. Installation went relatively well, except they could not hook up the oven electrical due to an undersized breaker. My only suggestion, is that the install team could have called and asked about the circuit ahead of time, and I would have had the breaker replaced with the appropriate size prior to their arrvialshow more

UE said they did not install themselves, so they recommended an installer. This is where I felt I was cheated. UE said the average cost of an installation for my items was $440.00. The installer came, removed the old appliances, and installed the new ones. He also added a new plug (though this was not a surprise as I had told him and UE about it before he came out.) The installer charged almost $1000. Not only was this more than double the estimate, but he didn't even finish the job. He forgot his tile cutter and could not fill in a gap in the kitchen floor with a piece of tile, which I had. I called UE to complain, but they said nothing could be done because the installer was independent. UE made no attempt to understand my position or meet me half-way. I will not use UE againshow more
