The part had to be ordered, so there was a delay of a few days before someone could come out and install it, but the day of service, the repairman arrived right on time, was very polite and professional, and had the job done in a reasonable amount of time. He even took time to sand down the underside of the countertop where the dishwasher door was rubbing, which may have contributed to the control panel problem. The dishwasher works perfectly again, and I would recommend this company

I called Lowes to schedule an appointment and was in to see Tina that same afternoon. Tina was very helpful and knowledgeable. She said to bring in the measurements as well as a cabinet door or drawer for visual comparison to help select the right color. We went over the types that were currently on sale as well as others of interest. Tina answered all my questions about the sealing process and differences between quartz and granite. She ran numbers for the type we liked that was on sale, as well as some others we were interested in that were in different price groups so we could see the overall difference. She also itemized the other details that we may or may not expect to see in the final invoice. Price was extremely comparable, although we ended up going with a different local company. "To begin with, ,my call to this company was great, the company rep answering the call was very helpful and scheduled me at the time and day I needed to fit into my work schedule. The service tech was actually a little early which is awesome , they told me window was between 3 and 4:30 but he called just before 3 and was only a block away. He was very nice and professional. He took time to show me what had happened to start the problem and what he needed to do to correct the issue. He took the food out of the freezer, cleared out some ice that had accumulated under the freezer floor, put it back together and even put the food back in the freezer although I told him I would do that . He made sure the refrigerator was cooling before he left. He quoted the price before starting to work and emailed me the receipt before leaving. I had pretty much resolved myself to the fact that I would have to buy a new frig but this one is working just great now. I have nothing buy great words for this company, I would definitely recommend this company and will certainly be using them again as needed.
