On time, very clean work area, careful attention to detail, perfectionist craftsman. Every request we made for changes and modifications were honored. Very patient with customer. I enjoyed working with them. He and his crew do what they promise when they promise to do it. Cleaned up constantly, keeping the home and work areas very clean. Did not waste our materials. Respected our home. My wife was thrilled with the workmanship and the results. We will be using Juan again.

Brett came at 9:30, he saw the needed fence repair, and had it repaired by 10:30.

Joey just came by this morning to give me an estimate. He is very much like the man that took care of my home repairs for almost 30 years. I had other things I wanted done beside the ramp on the storeroom. I showed him everything and he is working on an estimate for me. I approved the estimate for the ramp and repairs to the door trim on the storeroom. He will bring the estimate for the other projects Monday when he comes to work on the storeroom. He is very professional, polite and I've been a homeowner long enough to know he is knowledgeable. My previous repairman did work for many people here in the park for many years and we miss him. I'm hoping to be able to refer Joey to other people I know and hopefully will give him more work. I look forward to having him do work for me in the future.
