Craig's Plumbing got the J.O.B. done in just a couple of days, including breaking through the concrete foundation (and preserving the existing tiles for re-installation!), replacing the offending components, and pouring new concrete. He even texted me later that night to confirm that we couldn't smell anything anymore. Everything looks terrific and there is NO MORE ODOR! He was straight up, no nonsense, and ran a clean job. He was also able to make a recommendation for someone to patch up the drywall and reinstall the tiles. I would absolutely call Craig's Plumbing again for any major issue at our house

Another plumber (from a well-known company in LA) told me yesterday that I needed to replace my sewer line (at an extraordinarily high cost) as it was both leaking sewage and was very clogged. "First, it was a stubborn and hard-to-access blockage, but Victor persevered and worked hard to find and clear the blockage, which was actually beyond the stand pipe. Although it was a little more challenging than a "typical" indoor blockage, he refused to charge me any more than originally quoted.
