We had contacted the company where we purchased our dishwasher originally. That company came twice and told the tenant to use different soap, that the dishwasher was working fine. With continued frustration, we contacted Priority Appliance to give us a second opinion. Mike showed up and thoroughly examined the dishwasher, removing different panels to see what was occurring. He took his time to examine the dishwasher completely. Mike opened up one panel and found broken glass and old food. He told me that this particular dishwasher has had many problems with clogging. He replaced this part and cleaned everything. The tenant ran the dishwasher with Mike still present and it now cleans perfectly. We truly appreciated Mike taking the time to truly figure out what was going on! We will be loyal customers from now on with all of our properties!

Our dishwasher door repeatedly popped open anytime we ran the dishwasher. Tom came and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. Within a week some parts broke that were unrelated to the original problem with the dishwasher. Tom came back to work on the new problem without charging any additional service call fee. Two parts had to be ordered and it took about two weeks for the parts to arrive after which Tom returned and installed the parts. Tom had to return once more to make a minor adjustment. Since then our dishwasher has worked perfectly. We appreciated Tom's knowledge and professionalism.

The repairman that was sent to the house was professional and friendly. He made sure to ask before removing portions of the cabinetry that blocked access to the dishwasher. He did his best to duplicate the leaking, offered explanations as to why it might have leaked before and not now, and apologized that he couldn't make it leak. He inspected everything, gave me tips on how to avoid a common expensive repair on this model of the dishwasher, and adjusted one of the dishwasher feet so that the dishwasher would no longer be tilted. Really a nice guy. I still had to pay the base home visit fee, but they told me about the fee before they came out. At least I know that I have a working dishwasher now!

Recent Review: My Samsung Dryer stopped heating. I called WPK and they had an opening that morning. Josh came to our house and within minutes was able to diagnose the issue and fix it. Our dryer was also making a slight noise that we thought was normal but had a bad wheel which he was able to replace as well. Now it's super quiet, just like new! He was super nice and FAST! Recent Review: They were very prompt, courteous, and responsive -- I called today and they were able to come out today. Jose, the service tech, was very polite and was thorough in trying to diagnose the problem. My dishwasher would start and then within a minute, shut off -- I would restart it, and then it would run. The service tech took it apart, could not find an obvious problem, contacted Whirlpool technical staff and worked with them, and it seems to be working fine right now with just an adjustment to the latch. Jose developed a cost-effective plan to implement in the event that the problem should re-occur (again, it was not obvious what was wrong -- Whirlpool tech didn't even have anything additional to contribute). I would recommend them to others.

Recent Review: We've used them before many times. Let me give you an example. We had a problem with the dishwasher and they came in. It was a very simple fix, but the guy, the owner, took the time to show me what caused the problem, so if I ever had it again, I could actually fix it myself. It was about a year and a half ago almost, we had a problem with the Samsung washer, and there was a problem with the control panel. They ordered a new part and it didn't work and then they went and got another. To make the long story short, every part that Samsung sent us wasn't working for this machine even when we gave them the bar code part number, they couldn't somehow find the correct part, and I think this guy was out here at least 3 times or 4 times to try to fix it. They helped us a little bit with it too, but it wasn't that Samsung wound up giving us a prorated value for the washer because they couldn't fix it, even though it was out of warranty because it was such a pain. Huntington only charged us for the original service call. They never charged us for the two other visits. I think they felt bad and because we've used them before, I guess you would call that trying to maintain loyalty with your customers kind of thing, wanting to keep them. So they didn't go out of their way and charged us extra for something that they couldn't fix anyway. It's a family-owned company. They came out here to fix something they always show you what's wrong. They'll explain to you thoroughly. If it's something that is easy to fix, they will show you how it is done. I think they're a kind of company that wants your business but if it's something they feel that you can do, they're more than willing to show you how to do it.

Great! I had used them before with continual problems with the previous plumbing. They answered my questions and suggested that a complete redo would be desirable. When my 15 year old dishwasher broke again I called in a very reliable repairman. After removing the dishwasher, he told me that the plumbing was not up to current code and I couldn't put in a new dishwasher until I had it fixed. Besides problems with the dishwasher: - the hot/cold lines to the sink were reversed, - the lines connected the dishwasher and the garbage disposal in a way that sent the dirty water back to the dishwasher, requiring us to clean the dishes before using the dishwasher, the hot water line was connected to the ice maker resulting in mineral deposits on the ice, the shut off valves were almost impossible to reach for the hot water dispenser and the garbage disposal, and - the pipe to the dishwasher was not in the correct position to properly drain the dishwasher. He repaired all these items and reduced the amount of pipes so I have more room beneath the sink. It only took 3 hours for him to remove all the old plumbing, repair the drain, and put in new pipes and valves. My kitchen was clean when he finished with no disruption to our household. Outstanding!
