Called several times talk twice after many attempts, once called sent pictures as Mr. Rowe req never responded

Cesar and his team did a great job! The new cabinets, flooring, countertops, lighting and wall look great! They accommodated an accelerated need schedule due to a new addition (baby coming) and are super easy to work with!

I had heard good reviews and name of this business came up in a few Facebook recommendations. I first contacted them about 10 months ago or so by leaving a message on their website. I heard no response back. I followed up by calling their phone number and Elliot himself talked me and agreed to a callback and visit to view the needed work. I never heard back from him. Late last year, I contacted again over Facebook, thinking this has more visibility so I may get a response back. I did and was asked to call Elliot. Which I did, although it seemed odd that me as a customer had to call him and not the other way around when he knew of my interest already. He promised to come over on coming Sunday to look at the needed work. He never called, texted, or visited. I followed up again and Elliot agreed to come over on Friday that week. He did come over, took a look at the work, took pictures and answered a few questions. He said he is definitely interested in getting my business. A quote estimate was promised the following week and I told him to take his time. After he left I texted him to ask for his preferred email for us to exchange information. He never replied. He never came back with an estimate or any other explanation. A business owner that lies to your face and so unprofessional that they do not even know the business communication 101 should earn zero trust and find something else to do. I routinely saw company trucks parked in Libertyville downtown, meaning they were doing just fine but decided to ghost their potential customers. If this is how they treat their customers, I doubt they are worthy of our business and not capable of doing good job.

They worked fast but did a good job nonetheless for some major renovations to my kitchen. I will hire them next month for a kitchen upgrade.

These are experts in kitchen upgrades. I would gladly use their services again in the future if the need arises. The enhancements they did on the kitchen are 5-star worthy.

We are thrilled with the results! We have worked with Carol Hasler on the redo's of our master and hall baths and now the kitchen. Carol is wonderful to work with. She starts by understanding what is needed and wanted and then strives to provide the best possible solutions. Her designs take advantage of the good points of the existing situation and then move to improve where ever possible. We removed everything in the kitchen, moved locations of refrigerator and stove, eliminated a peninsula and added an island. The new cabinets are beautifully made and emphasize the height of the room by being taller than the old ones. Once again, the tile work is the signature part of the room (as was the case in the master bath). The backsplash is a combination of glass subway tile, metal rail, and glass mosaic tiles. It pulls the whole room together. We particularly appreciate the way problems are addressed, calmly and with ingenuity. Carol helped with sourcing and selection of all the important materials-granite, lighting, tile, colors, etc. We never feel abandoned. A real plus was reusing one of the discarded kitchen cabinets for the laundry room. That and the tile make the room look new. Overall, the workmanship of the job was great. Any issues have been resolved quickly and with no arguments. They stand behind their work, even after the passage of time, as was the case with the resolution of a problem with the master bath fan which was installed two years prior. We recommend Kitchen Village and Carol Hasler without reservation and only feel sad that there is nothing left to remodel in our house.

They were excellent! They did beautiful work and were very professional in their interactions. They were responsive to questions and made adjustments as needed. Most importantly, they did exactly what they said they would do. The timing they estimated for the project was accurate and the costs were reasonable. We were very impressed with them and would not hesitate to recommend them.

New kitchen cabinet storage units were custom built and installed on a blank wall in the kitchen. The work that was done and the look of the kitchen when they were done was far beyond what I expected. I am very happy with the whole experience. They were total professionals and I would recommend them to anyone.

Haris, Inc completed a 2nd complete bath remodel for us. They were very efficient and kept work on schedule as promised. The entire bathroom was gutted and new fixtures/tile installed. Would definitely hire again for future projects.

We love our remodeled bathroom! There's always unexpected delays when remodeling, but Nick was always on top of everything & most importantly, honest about everything. We may not have liked the answer, but we knew Nick wasn't lying just to buy another day. We have other projects planned & will definitely hire Milestone again!
