"I was very pleased that I chose to go with Stoeppelwerth and Associates for our land survey. We are putting up a fence and it was suggested that we get a boundary survey prior to having fencing companies come out. I am glad we did. Our property lines were a little different than I had anticipated and now we can confidently move forward with installing our fence. The customer service I received from Stoeppelwerth was incredible! I initially did an online request for more information and I expected it to take several days before getting a response. Kelly from Stoeppelwerth reached out almost immediately and inquired about what I was looking for so she could accurately provide me details of their service and cost. Their quote was approximately $100 cheaper and their customer service was 100 times better. Each time I reached out to Kelly, she quickly answered all my questions, worked with me on payment options, and they scheduled the crew to come out within a week. I chose to be home when the crew arrived and I was shocked how quickly they were able to get it all done. Plus, I had multiple questions and they walked around the yard with me to ensure I understood what they did. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a land survey. I was impressed with how quickly everything took place from initial contact to scheduling to getting our final prints of our land.

"I wanted him to come back to re-do the dandelion treatments and the guy they sent out got in the daisy bed and killed all my daisies. I asked them to send out a manager to take a look at what happened and they sent out a young guy who claimed he was the manager and didn't know a tulip from anything and said that he'd have to talk to his manager about this and I never heard back from anyone. I have decided to give them up as my lawn fertilizer company. The head man has now come out and apologized profusely for the situation and has made everything right.

"When I called to ask the owner for a reference, I was concerned to find that my property measurement was coming up short per my deed.&nbsp; I asked if there was a visible area on the street to find his pin.&nbsp; I had found the pin to the west property line.&nbsp; So, I was worried about the&nbsp;missing feet that I came up short.&nbsp; The owner of the company came out in the rain to show me where his pin was.&nbsp; The one on the road was missing, so he showed me one that was into a tree line and that's when it all made sense and my missing property was found.&nbsp; The owner of the company was very professional and didn't talk down to me at all.&nbsp;&nbsp;I was impressed with his professionalism and his demeanor.
