"I appreciate that Steve came out to the house to assess the damage and determine what materials would be needed, rather than just pulling a random quote out of the air without seeing what was needed. He was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable, not only with the repair process, but also with how insurance companies work with various claims. We walked the property and determined what was needed and estimated the cost, also discussing if it would be beneficial to file with insurance (in our case, the cost to repair was less than our deductible). We were fortunate to have good weather, and we were able to complete the repairs ahead of the planned date. Steve and his crew were also very professional while making the repair. While Crestmark was not the least expensive quote I received, and also not the most expensive quote, I am confident it was a fair quote and the repair work was top notch. When the time comes again that I need repairs/maintenance done I will definitely consider Crestmark.

"We had quotes from 30,000 to 60,000. It was like some of these guys wanted to rebuild the house. Kenny Wood initially came in close but under the lowest, but still a little too much for our budget. We discussed it and he made some suggestions to save money but still get the job done. His guys came in the next week, got right to work and did an excellent job.
