"We came home on New Yearâ s Day after visiting out-of-town family for the holidays to find our furnace not working. My husband and I called multiple service providers who said they could schedule us for next day service (not ideal for winter weather and a newborn in our home but understandable given the holiday). David came out to assess and repair our issue all within two hours with extremely reasonable pricing. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. "We had been an Aksarben customer for more than 25 years. When our furnace and AC had to be replaced 5 years ago we changed companies because we had another very good company offer us a deal on new equipment that Aksarben compete with. When we were having water pressure issues we called them on Home Advisor’s recommendation and they delivered as they always have in the past. They are a first rate company that really cares about their customers. While we are happy with the company we went with for the new heating and air, their customer service is not quite as good as Aksarben. I would highly recommend Aksarben heating, air and plumbing services."

"Chris Conrad, the owner, came out to evaluate our heat pump. He was great to interact with and made some adjustments which seem to have fixed the situation. He explained the adjustments and the logic behind them (which made total sense) and showed me some alternatives if the issue re-appeared. Teh service price was fair and the experience great. We are new to Omaha...we've found our HVAC company to take care of us going forward !"
