He used a camera to check that my vents were, in fact, clogged with lint and then used his vacuum machine to suck it all up. While we were testing my dryer, he also identified that the gas was still on in my non-functioning wall heater and turned that off. He also identified small optimizations I could make in my space to save money and, eventually, make my property worth more, like opening up a new entry vent for my central AC and adding a vent system to my bathroom. He was able to tell me what work would be involved in removing the wall heater and what I might expect to pay. Overall, he was a respectful and kind person and an asset to work with. To cap it all off, he gave me a very reasonable price for all the work (which did end up fixing my dryer).
