A back porch was torn down (demo of porch - $700) and a deck was to be installed. The finished deck actually used some of the framing from the torn down back porch. No railings were included with the finished deck. See the pictures and judge for yourself. I was disappointed.

We were referred to Live Oak by neighbors, so we were familiar with their work. Since then, we have been greatly satisfied with the projects they completed in our home. We have worked with Live Oak for over 5 years now.

I hired Palm Construction to build a porch and I am completely satisfied with everything they did. Mike and his crew were extremely professional, polite and clean. Mike help me with his great suggestions and he also answered to all my questions and informed me about everything important. Palm Construction is very trustworthy company, I will recommend then and hire them again on similar projects.

It was a little bit difficult job but Javier worked diligently and completed on time. He was very responsive to my questions and explained me all the details. His team cleaned up the site no trash left behind. Highly recommended.

Thanks to the excellent prep work of the Colorblast crew, we were able to complete the painting of this large outdoor porch ourselves. We always hear that good preparation is what makes for a good paint job, and it's so true! The painting would not have come out well if Nathan's people hadn't done such an excellent job of the hard prep work...it turned out that the original porch had never been sealed prior to painting. With their sealing and patching, we were able to do a professional-looking job. The porch now looks as if it were freshly built!

I needed to sell my home in New Jersey after being offered a relocation to the West Coast. We had an 80 year old house and needed to have the entire porch torn down and re-built. Dominick came in and personally did the demolition (including jackhammering the concrete steps) and put in a beautiful wood porch. It was attractive, strong AND fit the style of the house perfectly. The best part though, was that I was able to focus on packing up our home and preparing my family for our big move. It was such a relief to have a true professional manage this project so that I could focus on my family. I recommend Dominick for any contruction/masonry work you might have.

We have used Enrique, Uber and their crew for two projects now and have been very pleased with the results. Their work is excellent, they work quickly, they are polite, listen closely to any concerns you have or changes you feel are necessary. I had one call back for a railing that was not quite what I wanted and they were happy to revise it as I wished. I will definitely be hiring them again in the future.

I had System Pavers put in a new driveway, porch and path for me, and am extremely pleased with the results. My project manager, Javier Rodriguez, came by every day to make sure everything was going smoothly. When an issue came up, he was right on it, whether it was dealing with PG&E or the water company, or bringing in equipment or supplies. He always made sure that I knew I could contact him at any time about anything I had concerns about, and he checked in frequently with me. The men who worked on the project were amazing. They were very skilled at what they were doing, and also extremely respectful of my property, cleaning up at the end of every day. System Pavers has a 20-year warranty and Javier made sure to tell me that he works in my area often and I can always call him if I have a problem in the future. My design consultant, Joe Kauffman, did a great job and went the extra mile to be sure I was happy with the design he created for my project. System Pavers is expensive, but I never worried about the quality of their work, so I feel they are worth it.

Very well, love their work. Andrew Wright, Miguel Loya, and Augustine, those three make me love system paver because i had prior job with system paver and was disappointed, however they proved me wrong about system paver, for that experience i will have system paver to do my other house projects in the future, thanks.

Style and Structure handled the design, permit and construction. All went smoothly and I am very satisfied with the quality of the work.

A 4 year old repair to our porch was not properly done. The slope on a platform was wrong and water was pooling. The paint was degrading everywhere. Tim and his team came in and did a fantastic job on schedule. He's the first Handyman that I've engaged that has the professionalism of a high-end builder!

They were easy to talk to. I showed them the problem and they told me what they were going to do in some detail. They pointed out some water damage from some roof leaking to the porch. They proposed a way of reroofing the porch to eliminate that. They came when they said they would and they finished the work when they said they would. The price was good.
