"After thoroughly researching the best contractors, I interviewed and received bids from seven companies before deciding that PM Construction One was the one I wanted for my bathroom remodel. Owners of the company, Pavel Mihaiuc and his son-in-law Ruben Lutac, had wonderful reviews, and they lived up to all of them. I had a water leak in my master bathroom that caused major damage to the kitchen ceiling below. I didn't want that to ever happen again, so it was important to me to also research the plumber that they used. From the plumber to the tile artisan, each subcontractor had great reviews and did an outstanding job. During the course of the job, I found Pavel to be honest and a man of his word. He did not cut corners and consulted me about options I had while the job was on-going. If there was a problem, he listened to what I wanted, was flexible, and had the technical experience to solve it in a mutually agreeable way. It was of utmost importance to him that I was happy with the job that he was doing, and I am totally satisfied. "Seamless .About the only thing that went right in 2020! Ronnie and his crew are dedicated to their craft and their final work displays that. They ALWAYS showed up on time, if not a few minutes early. They stayed on task and were helpful when we solicited opinions for types/colors of decking and on deciding configurations of structure. The covered deck and front porch are a PNW dream. Truly turned out more beautiful than expected. Trying to come up with any 'cons'. The cost was somewhat more than other bids, but money well spent for the quality of work. They didn't cut corners with materials or workmanship.

"Michael (owner) met with me to go over deck quote. After reviewing other quotes and services, I opted to go with AA Defined Exteriors. Michael met with me to review the contract information, provide me with copies, and answer any questions I had. Josh, deck builder, showed up and did an excellent job of breaking down the deck, and then rebuilding it with expert precision. The deck turned out amazingly well. Although the deck was not completed exactly in the time frame quoted, the outcome was worth the wait and completed prior to the event that I had scheduled. That is the only reason for a (4) star in punctuality, otherwise there would be a (5) star there too. I would rehire and recommend this company to anyone in the future. Michael followed up along the way, and made sure I was satisfied at the completion of the project. As scary as this experience was (hiring a contractor to make your dreams come true, the outcome was worth the anxiousness in a positive way).
