I had a previous roofer do my roof that did a terrible job. II Shea roofing came out and inspected my roof and fixed several leaks which have remained dry.

I decided to use another company who could install gutters at the same time as completing the roof repair, but Rivas was a close second choice. Felipe was very cordial and responsive, scheduling an estimate the day after I called. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. Had he also been able to install gutters, his estimate was slightly lower than the company I ultimately used. I would not hesitate to consult him in the future. Estimated cost was $900.

We had just bought our house and the inspection indicated that our roof cap needed replacement and the slope on our little porch roof was incorrect. Campagna Roofing gave us an estimate and in two days completed the work to everyone's complete satisfaction. We are very happy with their work and would definitely use them again.

Having to purchase a new roof is a wicked pain in the butt- financially and emotionally, but when you need a new one, well, you need a new one. I got 6 bids from 6 different companies. At the end of the day, Jim's price not only sat at a reasonable place, but Jim, himself, is a stand up guy with a highly reputable company that's been around for a while. His knowledge and professionalism won me over. Quick points: Jim's crew was great. Very professional. Very thorough. During the entire process Jim was always available if I had any questions and/or issues. I had an "old school" roof- composite over wood shingle, so they had to tear it all off, re-plywood the rafters, felt it up, then put on the new shingles...not a clean job. They took off the old roof and did the ply wood all in the first day. They were thorough and did a great job cleaning up. The one thing that was kind of a bummer was that the attic got plastered with all the debris. They did a decent job picking up all the big pieces before putting down the ply wood, but there was still a good amount of debris left up there and if I hadn't mentioned to try and clean up a little more, it wouldn't have happened (I had to get them to take my dry vac and at least suck up the smaller debris off of my heating unit). If you are reading this and have a similar "wood shingle" situation" I would recommend having them tarp the attic as best as you can. The following 2 days, Jim's crew shingled the roof, added all new dormer vents and painted any and all roof assets to the appropriately match color of the shingle. Before I knew it, they were done. Overall- Two big thumbs up to James B. Robertson, Inc. The roof looks great and it works!! I would definitely recommend Jim's services.

I left a message on the 7th and then called back to have them come today. They agreed to come at 2 o'clock today, and he showed up at 4:30. He brought a child a with him, and I told him I did not feel comfortable having the child up on my roof. He brought the child up on the roof to 'mentor' him on roofing work. The ladder is 20 feet high, and the child was around 14 years old. I thought it showed very poor judgment to allow him up on my roof. Had the child fallen off the roof, it would have been my responsibility. His failure to show up on time, coupled with his reckless endangerment of the child, guarantee that I will not be using this company for the work.

Bob came as scheduled; called before he arrived. Really nice guy! He patched the leak that concerned me and did not charge me because it was a small leak, and he said he could not be sure he found the right spot. I have a cedar shake roof which he said is not his area of expertise so he suggested I call a shake expert to have the roof cleaned. Great guy; super service; so honest!

Arrived a little later than scheduled but very pleased with the job done! They inspected roof to find leak around chimney area. Removed the roof tiles and paper underlayment around all four sides of chimney area to determine the cause of the leak. Installed new metal flashing and paper underlayment around all four sides of the chimney. Reinstalled the rood tiles. Inspected the entire roof, replaced any and all broken or cracked tiles. Checked and re-sealed all roof vent pipes and flashings. Re-sealed the chimney flashings and caps. Hauled off all trash and debris and left the entire area clean.

Jerry and his crew just completed a repair to my roof, and did a fantastic job. They re-roofed a large section over my garage, and repaired and replaced several damaged tiles in other sections. The crew was quick and professional, and did a nice job cleaning up afterward. I felt the price was very reasonable considering the work and materials that were required. I would definitely recommend Allstar Roofing.

Chandler's is an excellent roofer. I had a small repair job spanning 2 days. Because of that, it took a few months to get on to their schedule. But once on they did an excellent job. Still waiting for rain in Los Angeles to test the repair.

Very good job, extremely prompt and polite - we have a small fix to do after torrential rains but we are confident that they are responsive.

This was one of the few roofing company's willing to actually repair and not replace the roof. They were fairly priced and offered a two-year warranty. While it took a couple of tries to schedule, their men showed up on time and did a solid job. Their workers were neat, professional, and willing to address all my concerns. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Very honest, found issues other roofing contracts missed, didn't sell me services I didn't need (unlike the other two estimates) and was by far the best priced. I will bring them back when the roof needs to be replaced.
