"We've lived here about six years. I wanted a deep cleaning, but as a surprise for my wife who was going to be out of town. Catalina had asked for a video walkthrough of the house, but I couldn't do it because I didn't want my wife to know I was scheduling it. But Catalina gave me a quote with the understanding that she could change it (or limit the time spent) if she arrived and found it to be more work than described. She arrived early on a Saturday with two other members of her family, did a quick walk through and decided the original quote would be satisfactory. And then they got to work. They worked room by room, pulling all the furniture away from the walls, cleaning under everything. Scrubbing, mopping. I don't want to say we're messy, but they ended up spending 5 hours (that's 3 people x 5 hours) working. In the end, she admitted that it was more work than she expected, but I was very happy with the work and paid her double what she had quoted. My wife was very surprised when she returned, especially with how spotless certain things like the stove was.
