"They did great. Rather than hiring random tree-trimming crew, I really wanted a certified and licensed arborist for this job. We have a lot of American Elm trees along our back fence line that were overshadowing our pecan and fig trees. There was also an large near-end-of-line Bradford Pear hanging over the fence from the neighbor. I needed the pear trimmed without being responsible for killing it, and the elm's trimmed to let light into the yard but still screen the road behind the fence. I also wanted our front Live Oak trees trimmed away from the house roof. Casey is one of their certified arborists. He came out not only for the initial quote, but also the day of service to give the trimming crew very specific instructions. His initial quote was a lot higher than I expected, but then he matched the quote of a competitor that turned out to not be a certified arborist (even though they advertise they are certified). There was a scheduling mixup, but they admitted fault and rescheduled the very next day when they arrived on time. It took a crew of about 8 men about 90 minutes to complete the job.
