    Nick was quick to respond and he sent out Peter who came once to survey the job and then twice more. The first time when Peter came to install the antenna that Totally Wired had recommended it didn't work but Peter took the time to troubleshoot the problem. With Peter's advice I then ordered a second antenna and that time the visit was a success. There was no mess and I finished up with 3 TVs accessing the antenna rather than 2 as originally agreed. Totally Wired were responsive, very professional and did not let themselves get put off when things did not go according to plan. I would thoroughly recommend them

    The electrician came to the home and provided a written quote. I guess this company is in high demand because there was a bit of a wait before we got a response to our request to come out and install the antenna. The guy was pleasant enough despite our being electronically challenged and needing extra assistance. We had a brown out a couple of times and lost the signal, so he came out and got it back for us. He also called again to see how it was working and walked us through the solution which was much appreciated. My only suggestion would be to have whatever equipment the customer is required to provide pre-typed in bold on the estimate form (had trouble reading the handwritten details). It would also help if the customer was verbally told as well. Btw, we would not have made an appointment for someone to come out and not be at home when they came. Whoever said that was confused. We were told the electrician would CALL us when he got the chance. But in spite of running into a few minor glitches, we now have free TV to watch and its all good

    The power points were installed satisfactorily. The charger outlet was installed but didn't work. The can lights worked when installed, but three subsequently failed. Hay's said they would last 20 years, so he did replace them. Unfortunately one was a different light temperature than the other three in the room. He promised to return with the correct unit but never did. The real problem came with the antenna. After installing and connecting one TV all was fine, but when he connected another two televisions the entire system went dead. After an hour or so of experimenting with different connectors and cables, he gave up. Literally, he quit, leaving the job incomplete with holes in the walls and mess to be cleaned. He had been paid for the previous days work but did not ask for payment for the job he couldn't finish. He has not been in contact since. This was all unfortunate, as the problem was simple: he had dislodged the main connection to the antenna when he moved the junction box to be closer to the loft entrance. Had he tested for circuit continuity he would have found it as easily as I did after he left. His abrupt abandonment of the job was most unprofessional and that is the reason for this honest but less than flattering review

    On 4/2/12 I ordered the product, and finally called customer service back on 4/23/12 when I still hadn't received the two television crystals. I spoke with Dorris, who told me that another staff member transposed the zipcode and someone else accidentally received the item. She said they would re-send the product to me, and they would arrive in 7-10 business days. She said if I didn't get them, to call back at 888-825-4416. One day later on 4/24/12, I got a FedEx return label to return the product. Problem was, I never received the product. I called back again on 5/1/12, spoke to Josh, and told him about the letter/missing merchandise and I was quite abrupt. I asked for my money back, but he reassured me that the product would still be arriving within 7-10 business days. I also asked to speak to his manager, and he said she (LeighAnn) was too busy to come to the phone after a long hold. Josh told me she OK'ed sending a check to give my money back.
