I contacted Ernesto and told him what I was wanting and we set up an appointment. On the morning of he called me a couple hours ahead of time to let me know about an issue with his service truck and that the dealership was going to keep it longer. HE said because of this he may be a little late. I was not too worried and sure enough he was still here within 10min of our appointment. He went right to work and was able to do everything I requested along with installing a new outlet on one of my walls. He was very friendly and professional. We even discussed his next visit when i want to install some surround speakers. :) So yes, I will be a repeat customer with Mimi's Audio Video

Mike called be back within 30 minutes, but I could not talk to him at that time. I called him back and Mike picked up the phone. I told him I bought a Clearstream 4V antenna from antennasdirect.com and I needed it installed. We agreed to the time and date for the installation. 2 . The accuracy of their work ? On the installation day, Mike and his co-worker came on time and installation was less than 2 hours! The accuracy of the installation (pointing the antenna in the correct direction). My antenna picks up 44 channels. I live just inside of 1604 on the northwest side of San Antonio and I get all the local stations in San Antonio, Uvalde, and Kerrville. 3. The fast work - They are efficient and they know where and how much to move the antenna. They had come a second time to move the antenna to get one of the channels ? ION channel. This only took less than 10 minutes. 4. Antennasdirect.com ? They are on the installation on antennasdirect.com

We moved a panasonic and a 70" Sony wall-mounted TVs from a 2-story house to a 1-story house. He came out and carefully deinstalled the 2 TVs. Instead of trying to handle TVs by himself, I like that he brought a helper to assist him with handling weight. I really liked that Ernesto packaged the TVs in some move boxes I had, and organized and packed the accessories and components for a really easy move. While working, he pointed out some best practices and improvements he would make over the previous installation. At the new place, Ernesto was, again, on time and went right to work, with a helper. He showed me things and had ideas, but also took into account our preferences. He also helped with some extras without overcharging us... he deinstalled a previous satellite dish and then fine adjusted our digital antenna, to ensure that itpicked up stations that we liked

"Ernesto did an amazing job installing and setting up my equipment. He was quick to provide a reasonable estimate and was able to fit me into his schedule on a timeframe that worked for me. He was very professional the entire time and did a high quality job. He made sure to lay down plastic to cover our carpets while he worked and continuously vacuumed after himself while working. They needed to remove my mantle to run the cables and had to take out grout from the fireplace to run our wires. He took special care of the mantle, put everything back perfectly and re-grouted even better than it was before. He installed a Sonos system (sound bar, subwoofer and 2 in-wall satellite speakers) and it sounds great! He setup a Logitech universal remote to control everything and took the time to make sure everything was properly configured and that we knew how to use it. If you want high quality work and an excellent home audio/video setup, definitely call Mimi's to do the work for you. A++ recommendation.

"I spoke with them on the phone, they told me exactly what I'd get. It's an initial $250 down, and then another $140 due upon the day of the test to cover expenses (fuel, insurance, etc). They emailed us materials to assist in studying for the written portion of the CDL exam, from which both of my employees passed. Once they passed the written test, we contacted them again to set up the driving portion of the exam, which they provide the truck and trailer with to take the exam. This is not a truck driving school, but it's a phenomenal source to get a CDL for anyone that has the least amount of experience. If you check on the pricing for truck driving schools (which granted are more intensive), you will see this as a bargain. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone wanting to get a truck CDL.

"I spoke with Eric prior to hiring his company and he was most helpful in determining what would be needed for the project. Since I didn't know what length down rod was needed he suggested I buy the two sizes I might need and return the ones that weren't used. (Great idea). I did call two other companies for comparison and went with Eric. He set the job up for 04/24/17, and Robert and his assistant arrived when expected and I'm so happy with the results. Both of the mem were very polite, professional and efficient. One of the fans that I purchased was defective and they assisted me in getting it replaced. The job was completed by 1:30 PM and Robert demonstrated the use of the remote controls, marked them for me so I would know which one went with each fan and made sure I had the paper work I needed for the fans. They left everything picked up and I was left with two fans that will help with the air conditioning. In my opinion the service was excellent, I paid only what was quoted initially even though I expected to be charged more and would not have been dissatisfied because of the additional time that was spent getting the defective fan replaced. Everything that I expected was done. Thank you.
