Recent Review: They are fantastic...fair price and excellent, responsive service. They are an old fashioned company who believes that making the customer happy means making sure the job is done right with quality and professionalism. I was so pleased by their work and attentiveness, I ordered a new pool cover. They also are the company that now services my pool on an annual basis. I highly recommend their company.

Recent Review: It was easy to set an appointment and they were flexible with my changing schedule. They came early and completed the closing efficiently which values my time. I received the price which was what was quoted over the phone, they did not try to offer me anything else although I know the liner will need replacement next season. Not pushy, professional and courteus service, what more can we ask for?

Recent Review: I had given him the money up front to buy and install the cover. I gave him the money on April 28th and he informed me that it would take 2-3 weeks to get. After 5 weeks, I called him and asked him where it was, he called them to see where it was. The next week I called him again to see where the cover was and he said he would call back. I called him yesterday and left a voice mail to get my money back and he has yet to return my call. It has now been 8 weeks and I still don't have the cover. When I had used him previously, he was great. He was prompt, on time, and did great work. If he actually did get my cover, I would be happy to use him again.

Los Angeles, CA 561 5/27/2021 I was going to fill in my pool because it was 60 years old and in complete disrepair. I had no less then 7 companies come and tell me that the foundation was cracked due to an thick extra layer of mortar someone put on top of the beam. Jennifer from Gold Coast came in and said it wasn't and she gave me a very reasonable quote to fix it. I decided to do it and boy am I glad I did. Not only does the pool look brand new, but she went above and beyond what I expected and make everything brand new. Her crew is hardworking and neat and they did an amazing job. Jennifer has been working with pools her entire life and it really shows. Even in an environment where you can't get things quickly, she was able to get me everything I needed right on time. She's amazing!! I would highly recommend Gold Coast to anyone.

Recent Review: AQF was an excellent choice. We worked with Tom who made sure we had a fence that met the code requirements for a yard with a pool. The fence was installed well and quickly even with some odd bump out requests we made to accommodate our swing set. Years after the original installation we had a little incident with a teenage driver who managed to damage a section of the fence. I was capable of making repairs but needed some replacement parts. The lead time from the manufacturer was 10 to 12 weeks due to COVID-19 delays. Chris took the time and worked with me to find parts in their yard looking through their surplus stock and finally found the parts I needed to make the repairs.

Recent Review: It was very pleasant experience to work with Julio from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive to my estimate request through messages. The appointment was made within two days, and estimate was provided on the same day. His pricing was reasonable and fair. The whole building process was speedy with high quality. The work started about one week post the contract signing. He had workers on the project everyday, even over the weekend. I was impressed by their attention to details and the drive for quality. In about one week, the work is done. During the process, when they encounter any small things not covered by the contract, they just fixed it without bothering me, or adding additional fees. I would highly recommend Tun Tun construction. It will be a worry-free process.

Recent Review: Painters were excellent. Really cared about the work that they did (actually re-spackled and re-painted a wall because it did not look smooth when sun reflected on it). Professional - arrived on-time; no "goofing off"; cleaned up each evening. I did get a couple of other estimates that were a bit lower, but others did not get good reviews. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend iPaint and Contract.

Recent Review: Xavier took a Hog Wire fence design and turned it to a beautiful Pool Fence. This installation included multiple levels and angles. Even the building inspector was impressed with the workmanship.

Recent Review: GreenEx CleanOut Services performed a great job I was nervous at first who's going to show up at the house but when I saw there Discreet Fleet and gentleman that definitely looked like they new what they were doing WOW I said to myself and my daughter also noticed we had a hoarding situation that caught us off guard, very emotional, very hard to digest what was done unthinkable, and they even did all the deep cleaning and sanitizing, I was so fortunate to find this company went with my gut instinct because nowadays it's soooo hard to trust people and company's but they exceeded my exspectations AND by a very large margin ... I HIGHlY RECOMMEND thank you so much Frank and David !
