    We interviewed 5 different Heating & Air companies before deciding on Heating & Cooling Two. We absolutely loved them from start (coming into our home and letting us know what they could do for us), to having them come and complete the project. There was never any high pressure and the price was great, especially for all THREE (heating/A/C & water heater). On May 25, 2022, Josh & Mitch showed up in the morning to get started, despite cool drizzly weather. They were installing a new furnace & A/C, as well as a new water heater. We were so impressed by how steadily they worked, even while indulging my questions along the way. These guys barely stopped for water breaks. They disconnected and removed old equipment, carefully removing it from the house. They had spread drop cloths and were very thoughtful about trying to keep our house clean (more so than my kids!!). This was a big project and their coordination of having an electrician come in when they needed was spot on. Everything was done seamlessly. Josh & Mitch were a great team, with Josh working inside and Mitch working outside on the A/C. Josh asked if it was alright to work beyond 4:00PM, as he was willing to come back the next day, if we wanted him to finish later. We were fine with him staying, and he did, until around 8:15PM. His dedication was incredible and his attention to detail was fantastic. Everything looks & performs wonderfully. He cleaned up everything, after finishing and even called from the road, to make sure he hadn’t left anything behind. Josh went over the details of the invoice before leaving. He shared how all of the rebates would be sent to us, but submitted by Heating & Cooling Two. We loved the “no muss fuss” on our end. We called the inspectors in our city (Bloomington) for a final inspection and they were also very impressed with the work. That was a nice stamp of approval!! Our new hot water heater is giving us great HOT water. Our A/C is working great (important with our current weather forecast). We haven’t used the heat, but know we can count on it. We are tremendously happy with Heating & Cooling Two and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone seeking new HVAC for their home. They were easy to work with and can do it all.     I highly recommend Pure Mechanical. Kelly gave me a bid and we scheduled a date for the work to be done. Unfortunately, the leak in my water heater got much worse. I called Kelly and he came out just a couple of hours later. The water heater was in a very tight space, which made it difficult to maneuver, but Kelly and Mike got the job done. Even better, Kelly didn’t charge me extra for the last-minute schedule change. He was professional, polite, and very competent.     Excellent! We have a service plan with a major company but they were not able to schedule an assessment for three weeks. We found great reviews for North Central Plumbing Inc and decided to give them a call. They quoted a price over the phone for the water softener and were able to come to our home within 2 days. We were so satisfied with the water softener experience that we decided to get quote and schedule hot water heater work. Master plumber and sons arrived punctually for both projects, completed the work in very timely fashion, as quoted, were extremely courteous and professional and left the work location very clean. On both accounts we were extremely satisfied. We learned this was a family operation: husband, wife and sons - all of whom were very courteous, and professional.     This was a major all-day job. The workers arrived promptly. They were friendly and professional. They put down protection on my wood floor, so it wouldn't be scratched. Furnace and water heater are functioning perfectly. (It's too cold to run the air conditioner right now). Their work was very neat, and they cleaned up before they left

    Couldn't have gone better. Their quote was great, their scheduling with Mackenzie smooth as could be, Matt was on time, friendly, professional, and efficient. He replaced a few valves and connections for free because they were deteriorating. He finished as projected, and cleaned up everything to the point where you couldn't tell he was there. In short, we couldn't be happier. Huber is my go-to plumber from now on
