We met with three different companies to fix a drainage issue and renovate our patio. We felt that L&R listened to what we were trying to accomplish and provided the best solution. There was good communication with the office, lead project coordinators and the workers throughout the process. They were hard working, friendly and very conscientious regarding the next-door neighbor’s yard.     These two amazing guys came into my home and fixed a issues with a patio door that had been leaking for more than 10 years. We kept trying to fix the issues ourselves. The last time we tried fixing it we saw the wood rot under the patio door that was going out to our deck. We had 5 contractors bid. We hired Tom and he had Randy work with him. We were scared what he might find! Tom explained everything step by step. They worked tirelessly from 7:00-12:00p in the hot sun and humidity. They installed the new patio door and fixed the ledger board and other rotted wood. When he left it appeared as if he had never been there! He charged a fair price that blew his competition away. I was impressed with my new patio door and felt totally sure we had insured a safer deck! Thank you Tom and Randy you made a miserable situation go away

    We got 4 quotes for a deck project and ended up going with Dupont based on our initial experience meeting with Justin, the following communication with Brooke/Amanda, and reading several good reviews. Of the 4 quotes, 1 was much higher (~$15k more) and the other 3 (including Dupont) were all pretty comparable. We had a great experience with Dupont from start to finish! We originally contacted them in December for work we were hoping to have done in the spring/early summer. Our home was a new build so we weren't sure what timeline we would be working with, but we wanted to put down a deposit so we could be ready to go as soon as the house was ready. We put down a deposit and kept in communication for several months until the house was finished. Dupont was able to get started within a week or two of us being ready and completed the project in less time than projected. They were extra accomodating when we had mentioned hoping to have a usable deck by a certain date. The deck looks great, is well built and had no issues with passing inspection. Every single person we worked with at Dupont was great to work with: Justin, Brooke, Amanda, Lindsay, the crew that came out each day. They were all friendly, helpful, great communication. Overall a seamless process and we would definitely use Dupont again

    Buck, the owner, was very thorough in inspecting our roof for hail damage. He was honest and said their was no damage. We had been approached by several storm chasing roof contractors telling us we had storm damage but we were skeptical and called Eagle Siding for an honest assessment. While Buck was on the roof, he noticed our rusty vent stack and painted it! No charge! It looks so nice and when the time comes to replace our roof as it ages, we will definitely call Buck and Eagle Siding
