Their price was reasonable (not the lowest nor the highest bid I received) and they were helpful and professional throughout the entire job. They worked with me to accommodate new or modified requests as the project progressed, and everything came out looking fantastic. They also took the time to clean up each day before heading out, sweeping any dust or gravel, so that the impact to my neighbors and neighborhood was minimal. They also did a pavers job for my parents 6 years ago and their work from then still looks great.

"Our front landscape was in desperate need of makeover landscaping. C&H Gardens has trimmed and removed many very large trees for me, over the last 6 years. It was an easy decision to choose Kent and C&H to do our landscaping project. Design was agreed upon and work began in mid-May 2020 and completed as designed in 3 weeks, on time and at cost projection. The professional work crew and design elements that added great visual quality to the street view was more than we expected. Our family and friends agree the work and view was fantastic. "Luis Vela and his crew did a fantastic job. Professional, punctual, polite, kept job site clean, fair pricing, extremely hard working. Luis checked in frequently, to be sure we were satisfied as the work progressed. Especially appreciated that he was true to his word, and did not try to upsell unnecessary services. They built a beautiful, low retaining wall, carefully planted a steep hill, cleaned weeds, revived an irrigation system, and corrected the disaster of a job left behind by a previous contractor. "Sporturf is where it's at for turf installation! They did EVERYTHING, from start to finish, from taking out the crazy jungle of weeds in my backyard, to getting stone blocks to create a nice ledge for the lawn, to making the turf look so good you can't tell it's not grass! It was really easy to communicate beforehand about what I needed. They were prompt, punctual, hard working and most importantly, left my backyard looking like a complete makeover. "My husband and I are thrilled with our new backyard! From the beginning Andrew understood our needs and worked on a design that would give us more usable space for our family gatherings. Andrew is jus wonderful to work with! He is attentive to your needs and concerns and has an incredible vision for hardscape design and landscape. Once the design was done, they had to demolish existing cement and level our whole backyard to have more usable space. They installed pavers, lighting, gas lines for our fire pit and grill and landscape. It all came together even better than we ever imagined! The whole team was led by our project manager, Alvaro, who is a pleasure to work with. Every worker that was brought in was professional, punctual, and tidied up before they left for the day. Alvaro was always responsive and accommodating with the changes that we thought needed to be done along the way and still the project was completed on time and within the budget. We wish we could give more than 5 stars and cannot recommend this company enough! Hiring California Smartscape was the best decision we could have made and one we will enjoy for many years to come!!

We have been in business for over 20 years, I am a hands on contractor working on all my projects.
"Richard and his crew did a fantastic job. We had just had a pool installed and the yard was a huge mess from the construction. Richard gave me a in-person quote for removing two palm trees from the front yard, fixing irrigation, a mow strip, cobble stone and planting a number of new plants. The back yard was much the same except adding new irrigation, lighting and shaving 4 palm trees. Richard and his crew always started on time, worked a full day and cleaned up before leaving for the day. We made a number of changes during the project, adding additional lighting, more plants and a significant amount of cobblestone(5 tons total). All of the work was finished on time even with all of the curve balls we threw him. A month or so after the project was completed we had a cold spell resulting in the early death of a couple of plants, I contacted Richard and he was out the following week with two new plants. As I noted earlier, Richard and his crew did a fantastic job, his guys worked their butts off moving all of that stone from the street to the back yard taking special care around our new pool. We highly recommend Richard and his crew from RR Landscape.
