    Barry did an incredible job on our difficult back porch. Very fair, honest pricing, and hard working. He is a problem solver, creating new solutions for barrier after barrier without cutting corners. Our screens seemed the hardest to run tight, but Barry and his guys eventually figured it out. His finishing was sharp and detailed. Not only did he have regular communications with us, but also was patient with our little boys enamored with construction. There were delays due to health problems and insufficient workers; even with these setbacks, Barry more than made up for them

    Needed to replace my deck per a condo association mandate. They recommended contractors. All we're way overpriced. I did my own research and found BAC Contracting and Design and it's owner Ryan. His bid was lower and seemed to be fair and legit. Long story short, the association was a nightmare with all of the hoops to jump through. Took a year and a half. Ryan stuck through it all, responded to every request, and, finally approved, finished the deck. What did I learn? Every once in a while you find a contractor who's fair, honest, does great work, and is a good person. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to family, friends, and anyone wanting an honest businessman who does great work. Hire him. You will be happy you did.
