Signature Exteriors called me right back and made a quick appointment to check it out (which occurred before I even heard back from the other companies). They immediately performed a temporary repair - and quickly scheduled the permanent fix. I don't have sufficient words to express how pleased I am overall with them! They were very upfront on the scope of repairs, and they were honest about the scheduled time frame. This roof repair was to replace some plywood and shingles. I waited a few months before writing this report. My leaks were repaired and after several months with hard rains, extended rains, and snow and ice, our roof leaks have completely stopped. The company (Bryan) was very responsive, kept their inspection appointment, provided a immediate detailed bid for multiple roof leaks, and scheduled the work quickly. The company crew showed up on time, went about their business professionally, and I was shown photographs of the damage as work progressed. The work was completed professionally with no noticeable visual evidence of repair. The site was left clean after the completion of the work. In addition, the company painted small areas on my ceiling that had been stained by leaks at no additional cost. No recalls were necessary since the work was completed properly the first time. Perfectly done, was advised to go with rolled roofing on porches due to pitch, upgraded to architectural shingles over 3-tab for same price. Joel with Roof Rehab came down and looked at the roof, and then came back when the inspector was here. We all 3 talked through the process so everyone knew what to expect. Roof Rehab was in contact with myself and the insurance Co to make sure there was nothing that fell through the cracks. The Roof Rehab crew, tore off, disposed of the material, and put on the new roof, cleaned up, and rolled the area with a magnet to pick up any loose nails in 1 day

After a hard rain we noticed that our roof was leaking. We contacted Wildwood Roofing after a friend recommended them. Dallas came out to inspect the roof and noticed that the roof had quite a bit of hail damage. He came back to our house a few days later to meet with the insurance inspector. Wildwood was able to work us into their schedule right away and did an excellent job. Everyone we spoke to at Wildwood was very helpful and answered any questions we had. We also had them come out to our son's house for a small repair on the back porch roof. Although it was a much smaller job they gave it the proper attention and followed up to insure it was repaired. I would highly recommend Wildwood Roofing & Exteriors

When some shingles that were in a tricky area on the dormer came loose, they were very responsive in coming out and fixing them, and improved on the original installation method. Have had no other issues with the roof, which has been up for nearly nine months as I finally get around to submitting this review. And it looks great

After the large hail storm in May, several roofing companies came to my door offering to inspect my roof. Not wanting to use a fly by night company, I researched roofing companies online. I came across Stonebridge Roofing. Their reviews and A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau is what prompted me to give them a call. They were very professional through every step of the process. They are prompt returning your calls with any questions or concerns. It took three days to complete my roof and each day before leaving the job site was clean. My roof looks amazing and I would definitely recommend Stonebridge roofing to my family and friends

I recently had a complete tear-off and replacement of my flat roof by Downing Roofing. The job was more complicated and laborious than most since I had six layers of asphalt and bitumen that needed to be removed all the way down to the roof deck. Downing replaced the old roof with white TPO. I also had new flashing, fascia, gutters, and downspouts installed. The VP of Residential Sales, Matt, was communicative beyond measure. No issue was too minor for him to resolve. And if ever there were a complication, he would present me with the options and data I needed to make an informed choice. Matt took plenty of photos of the job from multiple angles, so that I could inspect the work safely from the ground. His conscientiousness really made me feel like a valued customer, and that goes a long way in my view. The crew were very friendly and hardworking. They arrived on time and took breaks in shifts so that there was always at least a couple of guys actively on the job. In fact, my roof was finished a whole day sooner than the original estimate. I am very happy with the finished result. Between the craftsmanship, the work ethic, and the customer service, I would heartily recommend Downing Roofing to friends and family
