I called Mr.Fix because my washing machine was leaking water. They sent a repairman over the very next day to take a look. I live in an apartment and they had recently done work on the water pipes that had required them to turn off and turn on the water again to the entire building. The repairman, Idan, told me that there was nothing wrong with my machine. The water pressure in our apartment was too high and that was causing the water to overshoot the soap dispenser. He even showed me the issue. I wanted to vouch for the honesty an integrity of this company. I know nothing about washers and they could have told me anything they wanted and I wouldn't have known the difference. Instead, they were honest and truthful and let me know nothing was wrong with the machine. Excellent company! You can't go wrong calling them!

The technicians name was Marcel and he was Great! He came in, took the machine apart - and showed me which part was broken which happened to be the block - not nearly as expensive as an entire new transmission. He had the part with him and repaired it then.

Recent Review: The gentlemen came out was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the rate for the service to get it done was ridiculously high. Now I know, why this company charged $15 to come out, because once the service is determined you're paying 3 times more than another company that would've charged $45 to come out. My only low grade is due because of the total service bill, which I was too much, but we paid it because we need loads of clothes to wash:-(

The technician, I believe his name was Yevgen, was very nice and immediately got to work. He determined the issue was a bad timer so he went to get the needed part. Upon returning and installing the part it appeared the issue may be something else so he called another tech who came to help. He was also very nice and within 20 minutes they had the problem solved and the washer working. The techs were very honest about everything and even though a part had to be purchased that ultimately didn't fix the problem they only charged me for the work that did fix the washer, which ended up being significantly less than the original estimate. I will definitely call AAR for future appliance repairs!
